About BCSI
Lyndon Murray, President
Lyndon Murray
has been president and owner of BCSI since May 2003. His
leadership brings a wealth of experience, insight, and innovative forward-thinking.
His commitment, stamina, and strategic planning have been crucial in the development
of BCSI and its many projects. He is committed to helping
clients become more productive, efficient, and prosperous in their business environments.
Lyndon's childhood years in Zimbabwe (Rhodesia) and South Africa gave him the foundation
to adapt to and function in a rapidly changing environment. After graduating from
boarding school, he was accepted into The Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst, England.
As an officer in the British Army, he continued to develop his leadership skills
and strategic thinking. Following his early military career, Lyndon went on to the
University of Witwatersrand for his undergraduate degree and later received his
MBA from the University of Miami in 1988.
Lyndon has more than 30 years of international experience in a number of highly
competitive environments. He was responsible for the marketing management of new
brands in unknown territories throughout Europe and Latin America. His area of expertise
focused on diverse markets in the Pacific Rim and Japan, where he provided unique
and profitable marketing strategies and business development to a number of retail
conglomerates - markets developed and formulated for continued growth, which they
are still experiencing today.
Lyndon's dedication to integrity, hard work, and collaboration goes beyond his work
environment to his personal life, where he has combined his talent for problem solving
with his passion for motorcycle safety. He has successfully accomplished challenges
such as the CCC where he traveled on motorcycle from the West Coast to the East
Coast and back in less than 100 hours, promoting safe long-distance motorcycling.
Following this challenge he completed the Iron Butt in 2001 where he strategically
planned a route around America, riding 1,000 miles a day for 11 days. Fewer people
have completed the Iron Butt than have climbed Mt. Everest. Commitment is never
an issue for Lyndon or BCSI.
